56% of respondents said social media has resulted in new business partnerships.
51% of respondets said social media has generated qualified leads.
49% of respondents said social media has reduced market expences.
43% of respondents said social media has improved sales.
The study goes on to further discuss the time that should be invested in social media and how important it is. the more time spent on it the better results these small business will see.
